V1/2 of activation was obtained from −40 mV tail portion of voltage-clamp protocols (−90 mV holding potential, pulsed from −90 up to +60 to +100 mV in 10 mV steps for 4 s, then to −40 mV for 1 s). Statistical comparison was performed using unpaired t tests in GraphPad Prism.
