All data are from GluN1 coexpressed with GluN2A or GluN2D; the concentration–response curve for each recording was fitted by the Hill equation: Response (%) = 100/[1 + (EC50/concentration)H], where H is the Hill slope, which remained largely unchanged among mutants (1.2 ± 0.1). Data are presented as mean EC50 with the 95% confidence intervals in parentheses, determined from the log EC50 (two significant figures).
