Best fit of voltage-dependent rate constants to the simulations presented in Figs. 11 and 12. Values of α, β, ktrap, and krelease are from fits of Eq. 8 shown in Fig. 11, D and E; and Fig. 12 C. Values of kopen, and kclose were chosen as described in Results. The k0mV column gives the rate at 0 mV for each rate constant, and the z column indicates the equivalent electronic charge assigned to the rate constant.
