ANOVA did not reveal any differences in the EC50 to KCl between the three types of myotubes. Significant differences were obtained in the EC50 to 4-cmc, and the Bonferroni post hoc test confirmed the difference to be significant between EOM- and orbicularis oculi–derived myotubes.
