Effects of G_q/11 activation and TRP domain mutations on 2-APB potency (EC₅₀), apparent threshold for voltage-dependent activation (V_THR), apparent threshold for temperature-dependent activation (T_h), and Arrhenius slope of temperature-dependent activation for WT TRPV3, R696A, and K705A channels expressed in HM1 cells at +80 mV (except for V_THR).

P < 0.05 compared to WT TRPV3 before CCh by Student’s non-paired t test.
