The values of the parameters of Scheme 2, reported here, are the mean of the parameter values obtained from the 1,000 fitting procedures (refer to Materials and methods). The standard deviation, expressed as a percentage of the mean, of each parameter is reported in parentheses. From the fitted values of KV, KP, and KR, the intrinsic parameters K10, K20, and θ were derived using the relations provided in Eq. 3.
