B cells (B220pos/CD138neg) and PCs (B220neg/CD138pos) were isolated from spleens of DH-LMP2A mice and PCRs were performed on genomic DNA using Vκcons-for/Jκ5rev primers (Fig. 1 A). Productive and nonproductive VκJκ5 junctions were assigned as in-frame, VPTC, and CPTC junctions, as described in Table 1. Data are from two independent cell sorting experiments. n = total number of sequences.
