EAM and DCMi were induced in WT mice. Mice were sacrificed 21 d after immunization. Ly6G−CD11b+Ly6Chi (Ly6Chi) and Ly6G−CD11b+Ly6Clo (Ly6Clo) MO/MΦ populations were isolated from mouse hearts by FACS. mRNA levels were determined by real-time qPCR and normalized to housekeeping gene Hprt. Data are representative of 2 independent experiments. Geometric mean of 3 replicates and 95% confidence interval (95% CI) are shown. The ratios of the mRNA levels in Ly6Chi population to Ly6Clo population are calculated. Data are analyzed by unpaired two-tailed Student’s t test.
