Naive B cells were defined as B220+IgD+. Photoconverted germinal center B cells (defined as B220+IgDloCD95+ or B220+IgDloCD95+GL7+) in PPs decreased in KikR over 18 h but remained at high frequency (91.2 ± 2.5%). Naive T cells were defined as CD44CD62L+ and effector T cells as CD44+CD62L. The data represent five mice.
