Spleen and pancreatic lymph node cells from Ig-GAD2–treated and control untreated mice were stained with anti-CD4, -CD25, and -CD62L or -FoxP3 antibody. The cells were gated on CD4+ cells and analyzed for CD25, FoxP3, and CD62L expression by flow cytometry.
