The table lists the parameters of the ZHA model for the Sh-IR channel and the ILT mutant. Vm value for the ILT mutant was calculated from the QV curve, generated using the model parameters published previously (Ledwell and Aldrich, 1999; Fig. 2). The Qmax values used in both cases are those specified in the ZHA model.
