SCID mice received 4 × 10⁵ CD45RB^high cells alone or in combination with other subpopulations as indicated. 8 wk after transfer, mice were killed and tissues were taken for histological examination. Data are pooled from two independent experiments. CD45RB^high versus CD45RB^high plus CD25⁺CD45RB^low: P < 0.001; CD45RB^high versus CD45RB^high plus CD25⁻CD45RB^low: not significant.
