The ratio of eIF4AIII to U2B″ staining intensities was calculated for each of the BR genes, respectively. The geometric means (three/four independent experiments) and the 95% confidence intervals are shown. The individual measurements are presented in Table S2. Analysis of variance on log-transformed ratios and subsequent pairwise Tukey test showed significant differences between BR1 and BR3 (PTukey = 0.001) and between BR2 and BR3 (PTukey = 0.001), but not between BR1 and BR2 (PTukey = 0.145).
