Fold change of mRNA expression in MCF-7 cells of genes identified after ChIP on chip with an anti-FGFR1 antibody, after 48-h overexpression of WT (VSAD) FGFR1b, 48-h RNAi of FGFR1, or 48-h overexpression of GrB-resistant (VSAN) FGFR1b. Real-time PCR was analyzed using the 2−ΔΔCt method and using expression of HPRT and GAPDH as housekeeping genes for normalization. Data presented in the table are normalized with GAPDH. n ≥ 3 independent experiments in triplicate. Minus signs indicate where analysis was not performed. Statistical significance was tested with both Mann–Whitney and Student’s t test.
