Time to 50% maximal force (t50%fmax), average and standard deviation of maximal force (fmax), TTI, and time to 50% relaxation (t50%relax) ± 95% CI are recorded for the ensemble of 100 independent simulations of each of our simulated conditions. Comparison with WT using ANOVA, followed by Sidak’s multiple comparison.
