Mean inward conductances and SEM were calculated from overlapping 50 ns windows from fivefold replicated 250 ns simulations. Monocationic solutions at 150 mM concentration; dicationic mixture of Ca²⁺ and Na⁺ at a concentration of 75 mM each.
