GV1/2 and FV1/2 were obtained by fitting the GV and FV curves with a single Boltzmann equation. Data are shown as mean ± SEM. n indicates the number of biological replicates of all experiments. With the application of cAMP, the GV relation of QWE-3G* channel is not fitted by a single Boltzmann equation. R620A* mutant channel shows no detectable currents.
