Each group of data was collected from 5 and 10 µM MAVA-jump experiments in different rabbit fast skeletal myofibril batches in Ctrl conditions (Nominal Pi ∼170 μM) or the presence of increased (1 mM Pi) or enzymatically reduced (0 Pi) Pi concentration. All values are given as mean ± SEM; values in parentheses are the myofibril numbers. MAVA index refers to parameters measured in 5 or 10 µM MAVA, as indicated. The one way-ANOVA analysis revealed no systematic differences between each data set.
