Colocalization is defined as two aggregates showing >70% overlapped fluorescence signals.
NA: EPG-7 and SQST-1 aggregates are absent in wild-type embryos.
EPG-7 aggregates are absent in epg-7 and epg-7 double-mutant embryos.
