Microtubules were stained with antibodies against α-tubulin and chromosomes with DAPI, whereas the spindle poles were immunostained with antibodies against γ-tubulin, Dgrip84, Dgrip91, Dgrip75, Dgrip128, Dgrip163, and Dgp71WD.
