The percentage of cells with disassembled Golgi apparatus, microtubules reorganized to form asters, solubilized nuclear lamins, and condensed chromosomes at 3–3.5 and 6–6.5 h after injection with specific cyclins and CDK constucts are given along with the number of cells scored as positive for the injection marker.
