Air pouches were raised as described in Materials and Methods. Each mouse was injected with 1 ml PBS containing vehicle (0.1% ethanol), TNF-α (10 ng), 15R/S-methyl-LXA4 (25 nmol), or TNF-α plus 15R/S-methyl-LXA4. Leukocyte infiltration was determined 4 h after injection. Results present the mean ± SEM of three different mice. Percent inhibition is indicated in parentheses. Statistically different from
