Fee Exceptions	APCs are automatically waived for corresponding authors from institutions from low- or middle-income countries. Inability to pay will not affect the publication of your manuscript. If you are experiencing financial hardship or complications with requirements by your funder or institution, please contact us for more information. JHI is excluded from all current RUP Read-and-Publish agreements.
