ON THE COVER
As shown by Cohen et al. and Fletcher et al., different populations of lymph node stromal cells display different subsets of self-antigens. If each stromal cell population with its characteristic self-antigen profile is represented as a different color, a lymph node and its distinct zones might look like a tile mosaic to cells passing through.
