After publication, it was discovered that the hippocampal and cortical sample blots in Fig. 7 C had been mixed up with other similar blots that were imaged simultaneously. The corrected figure is shown here, and the full-length blots can be seen at https://doi.org/10.25740/vw465gc3869. At this site, we have included the additional blots that were run simultaneously since they were part of the mistake. The error applies only to the illustrative blots and not to the quantifications and conclusions. In the corrected figure, all blot panels for Nrxn1α and actin were re-exported from the appropriate representative full blots that can be seen at the URL listed above. The error appears in print and in PDFs downloaded on or before August 25, 2023. The authors apologize for the error and any confusion.
