In Table I, “272 ± 9” is reported as the number of Atg8 molecules at the PAS, but this value refers to starvation conditions. For growing conditions, the correct amount of Atg8 at the PAS is 116 ± 7 molecules. Similarly, in Fig. 6 A, the boxplot showing the amount of Atg8 at the PAS refers to starvation conditions. The authors apologize for this error and for any inconvenience.
